We heard and loved 'Avalon' now the album 'Random Order' hits in June
The Album, 'Random Order', follows Juliet's April 2005 release 'Avalon' which is due out in June 2005. She teamed up with legendary electro-funk producer Jacques Lu Cont for 'Avalon' and seeks to continue her trend of unique pop with the release of her album.
Avalon is a powerful track, already released, but reaffirmed when it was one of Pete Tong's 'Essential New Tunes'. The rest of the album follows suite with an extremely unique sound that blends elements of funk, electro, pop and rock into a tidy package from the 25 year old star.
Every track can easily be dance floor hit. 'Nu Taboo' and 'Ride The Pain' kick out with the aggressive baselines but well balanced with Juliet's calm vocals (as on 'Waiting').
She says she doesn't want to be another temporary 'cookie-cutter' pop pin up, but there is nothing short-term about this artist- she has the looks of the pinup but the talent to match it.
Already placed in the charts and amongst radio 1's DJ boxes, the album 'Random Order' is set to spread the name of Juliet. |
