The-Raft near pi$$ed it's pants when it saw this, and we think you might just feel the same! The line up for this years Meltdown festival as curated by Patti Smith is chocka with legends and madmen alike...
Television and Kevin Sheilds (My Bloody Valentine) both come out of hiding, Ed Harcourt takes his life in his hands with the insane Brian Jonestown Massacre; whilst Beth Orton joins Patti Smith, Sinead O'Connor, Tori Amos and Kirsten Hersh at the Royal Festival Hall. Jeff Beck strangely, has teamed up with two members of Red Hot Chilli Peppers...it's like band aid or something...yeeees!
The festival takes place over the space of two weeks across London's Royal Festival Hall, and Queen Elizabeth Hall.
